Guest Reviews & Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very quiet, but the lack of seating was a downside. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. The location worked perfectly for my needs, though some aspects were not ideal. The dining options were good, but not exceptional. Overall, there were positives and negatives to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a terrible odor that even lingered on the towels, and noises from above rooms walking could be quite bothersome. On the bright side, the room had a separate bathroom assigned to the bedroom. The service was a bit intrusive, with staff knocking on our door at 10 am for check-out, yet they were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The location, although ideal and nestled in a lovely and quiet residential area, could be challenging when the hotel is full. The dining experience was a disappointment with basic options, but somewhat decent to kickstart the day. Facilities were about average, nothing exceptional.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located, close to where I needed to be, and with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The rooms, although clean, were somewhat noisy due to their proximity to the front door and reception area. The service was a mix of very friendly and helpful staff with a few exceptions. The dining experience offered a healthy selection but lacked some hot options. Overall, a decent place to stay with some room for improvement.
